The ATE series circuit breaker contact temperature sensor is developed according to "NB/T 42086-2016 Technical Requirements for Wireless Temperature Measurement Devices" and can be used in 3~35kV indoor switchgear, including medium-voltage switchgear, handcart switchgear, fixed switchgear, ring main units, and other types of switchgear; it can also be used in 0.4kV low-voltage cabinets, including fixed cabinets, drawer cabinets, etc. The wireless temperature sensor can be installed on any heating point inside the cabinet, using wireless data transmission technology to send monitoring data in real time, and then transmit the temperature data to a display device or remote monitoring system through a receiving device.
1.2 Model Description

The wireless temperature sensor has multiple models, corresponding to magnetic attachment, bolt fixing, strap fixing, alloy sheet fixing, and other installation methods.
1.4.1 Dimensions

1.4.2 Label Description
1.4.2.1 ATE sensors with ASD/ARTM-Pn devices

If installing ATE100M/ATE100/ATE200/ATE400/ATE100P/ATE200P, the group number should be consistent with the label group number of the display device ASD/ARTM-Pn. Install according to the label text. "Code: 1A" means install on the first A phase, "Code: 1B" means install on the first B phase, and so on.
Note: The wireless temperature sensors and display devices in the packaging box are paired at the factory and cannot be mixed with other display devices or wireless temperature sensors. Install the wireless temperature sensors according to the labels.
1.4.2.2 ATE sensors with ATC600-C

As shown in the figure, if installing ATE100M/ATE100/ATE200/ATE400/ATE100P/ATE200P/ATE300P, the group number should be consistent with the group number of ATC600-C. Install according to the label text. "Code: 001" is recommended to be installed at the first temperature measurement point of the first cabinet, and then install sequentially according to the order of temperature measurement points.
1.4.2.3 ATE300M sensors with ATC600-M transceiver

If installing ATE300M sensors, the group number should be consistent with the group number of ATC600-M. Install according to the label text. "Code: 001" is recommended to be installed in the first cabinet, and then install sequentially according to the order of temperature measurement points.
