The test system consists of test power supply, power switch cabinet, signal sensing devices and power measurement equipment, automated test measurement units, control console, AC motor test software system, database system, etc. The load equipment for type tests can be selected according to user requirements, including companion motors (DC generators, AC generators, wound rotor motors), eddy current dynamometers, magnetic powder dynamometers, magnetic powder brakes, and other equipment to meet the type test needs of different motors.
◆ Measurement method: Microcomputer measurement
The measurement cabinet is equipped with current and voltage sensors, with signal conditioning interface modules in the intermediate stage, and the computer completes signal acquisition and measurement tasks.

Interlocking control is performed using automotive-grade microcontrollers from Siemens AG, Germany. The interlocking program can be customized and modified according to user requirements. The control system has stable performance and good scalability.
