The new energy electric vehicle motor test bench is mainly used for routine performance tests, endurance and load tests of vehicle new energy motors and their controllers, as well as other user development research tests (such as motor development, testing, comparison, etc.) to meet the needs of their electric vehicle project development. The test bench can complete the measurement of the performance of electric vehicle motors.
Product Principle
1) Mechanical part: used to install the test specimen, load motor, torque sensor, etc.;
(2) Transmission control system: used to control the load motor. Including ABB ACS800 series AC frequency converter, electric dynamometer measurement and control instrument, etc.;
(3) Electrical parameter measurement system: the power analyzer can test all electrical parameters in the system and perform conversion, acquisition, calculation, etc. Equipped with power analyzer host, test data cables, etc.;
(4) Temperature control cooling system: used to absorb the heat of the tested motor and its controller, ensure the normal test process of the system through pressure regulation, and provide system reliability and service life;
(5) On-site data test system: including testing and conversion of the tested motor's torque, speed, and the temperature, pressure and other on-site parameters of the tested motor and its controller temperature control equipment during the test;
(6) Host computer control system: used to control the load system to execute relevant working condition tasks and provide users with a human-machine control interface. Including industrial control computers, test control software systems, etc.
