Special characteristics
It can be customized according to customer usage requirements. It can be used as a single unit or combined in multiple units. It can be used in a single layer (each monitor as one layer, two monitors stacked as two layers) or in multiple layers.
Unit
Typically (single layer) each unit or position has a standard size of 1150 (height) * 565 (width) * 1000 (depth) mm (platform type height is 750 mm). This size accommodates a 19" standard cabinet, which can house any equipment below 19".
Structural materials and configuration
The entire cabinet is made of 1.2mm to 2.0mm SPCC steel plates, processed through cutting, stamping, bending, riveting, welding, grinding, sizing, degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, electrostatic spraying, high-temperature curing, and cooling.
Products can be divided into assembled type and welded type.
The assembled type is more difficult to process but has lower transportation costs, while the welded type is easier to process but has higher transportation costs.
① The tabletop height is 700 mm, with a depth of 350 mm. It is suitable for operators to extend their legs under the tabletop during seated operation without injuring their legs by hitting the cabinet;
② The tabletop is equipped with a push-pull keyboard drawer, with reserved mouse cable holes. This helps keep the console surface organized;
③ The upper rear of each unit cabinet is equipped with an AC cooling fan set (fan, fan cover, 1-meter power cord, pre-assembled), and the rear door (lockable) has reserved ventilation holes. This facilitates internal air circulation within the cabinet to achieve heat dissipation, and the rear door facilitates maintenance of equipment inside the cabinet;
④ The lower part of the cabinet (rear and bottom of the base plate) has reserved cable entry/exit holes for routing;
⑤ The lower part of the cabinet is equipped with an adjustable shelf and a rotating front door (lockable). The shelf is convenient for placing a horizontal host or other equipment, and the front door facilitates opening for operation;
⑥ The entire cabinet can be opened with a single key;
⑦ The upper part of the cabinet (except for platform type) has the first layer as an inclined surface, with an angle of 105 degrees to the tabletop, and from the second layer upward, the angle to the tabletop is 90 degrees. This helps operators avoid eye fatigue when viewing screens for long periods;
⑧ The upper part of the cabinet (except for platform type) is equipped with an adjustable monitor shelf and a removable active front panel. The front panel allows for monitor replacement without changing the entire cabinet, only the panel;
⑨ The tabletop and cabinet are combined (except for platform type) for easier transportation;
⑩ Colors can be matched arbitrarily (usually computer gray), making the entire cabinet practical and aesthetically pleasing.
