Product Introduction

The motor-specific tester 8960C1 is a dedicated instrument designed for motor testing. The tester adopts a new high-speed, pipelined core with a computing speed of up to 100MIPS, and is equipped with a high-speed A/D converter for sampling at 200k. The design widely uses highly integrated chips, making the internal structure of the instrument compact and simple, while improving the overall reliability and accuracy. It features a 320x240 large-screen LCD display (graphical display).

This tester tests motors according to "GB 755-2000 Rotating Electrical Machines - Ratings and Performance". The main test items include the electrical parameter characteristics during motor starting and locked-rotor, as well as parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, and energy accumulation during stable operation. The measurement frequency is 5-800Hz AC signals. This tester is equipped with a filter circuit, and the filtering mode is suitable for measuring variable-frequency motors below 300Hz.
