Dari Electric recommends
Product Advantages:
1. This product can be operated directly on the ground, allowing high-altitude testing at 3~8m, with strong practicality and ease of use.
2. The product uses mechanical transmission principles, which are safer and more reliable than the previous method of pulling with steel wire ropes. It is easier to operate, saving time and effort. It will not experience jamming, inability to pull, or breakage due to aging of the steel wire rope, which could affect on-site operations.
3. The test clamp jaws are made of multiple layers of copper welded together. The wider and thicker jaw design allows for high current passage in a short time, with good contact and strong overload capacity.
4. The current insulating operating rod is connected with plug-in bolts. To prevent seizure between aluminum alloy joints, the TD-1168 multi-functional high-altitude test clamp uses a stainless steel sleeve to make the connection more reliable and safe. After connection, the entire operating rod fits better with smaller gaps, and there is less shaking during testing, making operation safer.
5. This product can be used for testing in high-voltage places below 500KV, with test heights ranging from 3m to 8m, and can be arbitrarily extended by adding plug-in sections to the insulating operating rod. The voltage withstand test of this insulating operating rod has passed the 500KV/AC test at Shanghai Cable Research Institute, and the inspection report has been obtained.
Usage Method:
This product consists of the test clamp handle (the shorter section at the head) and the extended insulating operating rod. Connect the test clamp handle with each section of the operating rod by screwing them together tightly to form an integrated unit. Connect each operating rod according to the instructions on the rod. The operator operates directly on the ground, lifting the assembled high-altitude test clamp (including connecting the test leads, etc.) (the length can be customized). Hook the upper jaw onto the object to be tested, then pull the operating rod down forcefully to automatically lock the jaws and clamp the object for testing. Conversely, a gentle push releases the test clamp jaws. This tool is convenient to use and test.
