2.1 Simple Operation: It brings traditional high-altitude work down to the ground. By pushing and pulling the dedicated operating rod, the clamp jaws can freely open and close to complete wiring tasks.
2.2 Safe and Reliable: The wire clamp is internally equipped with a clamping force locking and release device. When pulling the dedicated rod, the internal spring energy storage mechanism allows the jaws to automatically lock at any required clamping force, and they will not loosen or open by themselves under non-operating conditions.
2.3 High Clamping Force: It can easily break through the oxide film at the test point. Utilizing the principle of movable pulleys for force saving between the movable and fixed jaws, a smaller pulling force can generate a larger clamping force.
2.4 Strong Overload Capacity: Short-term current carrying capacity exceeds 200A.
2.5 Good Contact: The wire clamp has the function of overcoming the oxide film while clamping, ensuring good contact between the jaws and the wiring position.
2.6 High Practicality: The jaw angle of the wire clamp can be adjusted, enabling wiring work for loop resistance, DC resistance, dielectric loss, insulation withstand voltage tests, or maintenance grounding at various angles, thicknesses, diameters, and heights below 8.5 meters.
