1. Connect three-phase four-wire AC380V
2. Connect the output DC300V to the load
3. Turn the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero.
4. Check and confirm the wiring is correct
5. Close the power switch
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to a suitable value.
After the test is completed, first turn the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, then turn off the power switch. Only after the discharge is complete can you start disconnecting the wires.

1. When working on fully or partially energized panels, the equipment under maintenance should be clearly marked to distinguish it from operating equipment.
2. When performing work with significant vibration such as drilling on protective panels, measures should be taken to prevent the tripping of operating equipment.
3. The secondary windings of all current transformers and voltage transformers should have permanent and reliable protective grounding.
4. When working on the secondary circuit of an operating current transformer, the following safety measures should be taken:
1. It is strictly forbidden to open the current circuit;
2. To reliably short-circuit the secondary winding of the current transformer, short-circuit pieces and short-circuit wires must be used;
3. Any work on the circuit and conductors between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal is prohibited;
4. During work, a dedicated person should supervise, use insulated tools, stand on an insulating mat, and the permanent grounding in the circuit must not be disconnected.
5. When working on the secondary circuit of an operating voltage transformer, the following safety measures should be taken:
1. Strictly prevent short circuit or grounding;
2. Insulated tools should be used, and insulating gloves should be worn. If necessary, the relevant relay protection devices should be deactivated before work;
3. When connecting temporary loads, dedicated switches and fuses must be installed;
4. When conducting electrical tests on the secondary circuit, to prevent reverse voltage transformation from the secondary side to the primary side, in addition to disconnecting the secondary circuit, the primary fuse should also be removed;
5. Before energizing or conducting withstand voltage tests on the secondary circuit, the duty personnel and relevant personnel should be notified, and someone should be assigned to guard the site, check the circuit, and confirm no one is working before applying voltage.
6. Personnel checking the trip protection and secondary circuits are not allowed to perform any switching operations without the permission of the duty personnel.
