Product Introduction:
The mining cable fault detector is based on partial discharge method that does not damage the original layout of the cable, and can accurately detect the damaged parts of the cable. It also has the function of testing after repair, making it a reliable testing instrument for cable repair in coal mines at that time. Structural Features
1. The GHKLC mining cable fault detector consists of a control part (low voltage) and high-voltage rectification, discharge, and testing parts. Safe spaces are reserved between high and low voltage, and between high/low voltage and the casing.
2. To ensure the safety of equipment and personnel, high voltage initiation must be operated by a designated person with a key.
3. Each flaw detection or cable test ensures that high voltage starts from zero and rises, with high and low voltage limit states. The voltage increase or decrease is controlled by buttons, with smooth voltage change rates, making operation safe and simple.
4. The DC withstand voltage test time can be automatically set after the digital timer (or manually controlled), ensuring accurate and reliable test time.
5. Leakage current can be measured at any time as needed during the withstand voltage test process.
6. The equipment has overcurrent and short-circuit protection, with pre-start warning and overcurrent protection.
7. The control panel is equipped with power switch, high voltage start, high voltage stop, voltage increase, voltage decrease switches or buttons, and a digital timer relay for withstand voltage test time.
8. The display panel has meters for high voltage, leakage current, and low voltage total current, and is equipped with indicator lights for power, high voltage, timing, and a window for observing sphere gap discharge.
9. A dedicated high-voltage discharge rod is provided for discharging after each flaw detection or test to ensure safety, and the bottom of the box has a grounding symbol.
