Equipment Features
(1) Adopts American imported pneumatic pump as pressure source, with high test pressure up to 690MPa; output pressure can be steplessly adjusted, and pressurization rate can be freely set;
(2) Uses multiple pumps for pressure supply, providing larger output flow and wider test range, meeting pressure test requirements from 1 to 690MPa;
(3) All pump valves and pipelines are made of 316 stainless steel, imported from the United States or Germany, suitable for most liquid test media such as water, oil, emulsion, etc.;
(4) The hydraulic test bench adopts a two-level control system of computer and microcontroller. The entire test process can be operated on the computer, which automatically generates pressure and time curves, stores various data, and can print test reports at any time. The test process can also be manually controlled through button switches;
(5) During the test, automatic pressure compensation can be performed, featuring stable test pressure and high pressure test accuracy.
(6) Dual pressure relief devices including automatic computer pressure relief and manual pressure relief, plus overpressure, overtime, and leakage alarm systems, making the entire system safer and more reliable;
(7) The pressure test site is monitored in real-time by cameras, enabling unmanned pressure test sites (optional);
(8) OTMT-Test testing software is mature and stable, with a user-friendly interface for convenient operation and monitoring (optional).
