1. Locked-rotor torque: Tare weight can be deducted, lever length can be set, directly displaying Newton·meter or kilogram·meter. Measurement accuracy: 0.2%
2. Temperature: Six channels of temperature can be scanned, or a specific channel can be measured. Range: -40°C~~150°C Measurement accuracy: ±1°C
3. DC resistance: Can measure the DC resistance of motor windings. Range: 200Ω, 20Ω, 2Ω, 200mΩ, 20mΩ (auto-ranging) Measurement accuracy: 0.2%
4. Speed: Uses photoelectric testing technology for non-contact measurement of motor speed, directly readable in revolutions per minute. Range: 60—4000 rpm
5. Measurement accuracy: (0.1%) ±1 digit.
Operating Methods:
1. Press the "Select" key to cycle through torque, temperature, resistance, and speed measurement modes.
2. Press the "Reset" key to enter torque measurement mode.
3. In torque measurement mode, press the "Zero" key to zero out the initial weight of the lever, then start testing.
4. In torque measurement mode, press the "Set" key to set the lever length.
5. Store: Press this key to store the current test data.
6. Print: Press this key to print test results if a printer is connected.
Precautions:
1. The instrument must be warmed up for 30 minutes before use.
2. When measuring resistance, the motor must be stopped before connecting to the instrument for testing.
