It can accurately determine the no-load current, no-load loss, three-phase voltage unbalance, and power factor of high and low voltage motors, precisely measure the DC resistance of high and low voltage motors, implement condition diagnosis, ensure safe operation, and provide reliable data for monitoring or repairing low voltage motors.

This comprehensive test bench can complete no-load tests, three-phase voltage unbalance tests, DC resistance tests, inter-turn withstand voltage tests, and AC withstand voltage tests for motors up to 1000KW/380V in one unit.
Measurement parameters are displayed digitally, with menu display and parameter settings.
The tested data can be displayed and printed out, eliminating human reading errors and saving a lot of calculation time.
The equipment uses a high-end microcontroller as the processor, employs unique and scientific algorithms for data calculation and processing, uses high-precision fast A/D converters for analog-to-digital conversion, and adopts advanced processing technology for analog signal adjustment. These provide the necessary conditions for the instrument's high performance, high precision, and high reliability.
The human-machine interface of this instrument uses a blue screen (240 * 128) full Chinese character graphic display. The menu is strictly hierarchical, guiding you step by step to complete the experiment. You only need to power on, press any key, and the menu provided by the instrument will guide you to complete the required experiment.
