Product Features


    1. Both manual and automatic operation modes are available. In case automatic control is not convenient or the computer malfunctions, tests can be conducted manually.  


    2. The system can be used for routine and type tests of motors of different specifications and models. 


    3. The system can be used for maintenance tests of motors of different specifications and models.       


    4. Automatically controls the start and stop of the test object, automatically collects test data, and automatically processes data and parameters.


    5. Measurement data is automatically recorded synchronously by the computer, ensuring simultaneity of test data, eliminating errors caused by asynchronous manual reading, and greatly improving test efficiency.


    6. The test software automatically converts test results into standard data, facilitating comparison of test results.                 7. The system can integrate ambient temperature measurement module, power frequency withstand voltage test module, turn-to-turn withstand voltage test module, three-phase power measurement module, computer interface and acquisition module, automatic control module, related protection modules, rotor resistance measurement module, etc. 


    8. System module functions can be freely selected, and product functions can also be customized according to user requirements.        


    9. Test result data is directly saved on the hard disk of the industrial control computer, allowing local query and access of test data. The system has an automatic test report generation function and provides multiple output and printing options.


   10. The system can perform motor no-load tests, power measurement (active power, reactive power, power factor), observe three-phase current unbalance, power frequency withstand voltage test, turn-to-turn insulation withstand voltage test, stator-to-ground insulation measurement, locked-rotor test, rotor resistance measurement, etc.


    11. High measurement accuracy and good repeatability.       


    12. The control system has stable performance and good system scalability.


The system completes measurement and calculation of voltage, current, power factor, active power, reactive power, efficiency, frequency, output torque, output speed, output power, temperature rise, etc.
