Scope of application:

Mainly used for calibration of thermal relays, motor protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, air switches, switch cabinets, circuit breakers, and protection panels.

Operation aspects:

(1) After wiring, check once to see if there are any wiring errors and whether the connectors are in good contact.

(2) During the test, if there is arcing, or no display at startup and other abnormal phenomena, immediately turn off the power and recheck the wiring.

(3) In actual wiring, the current output terminal should form a loop, otherwise the instrument will not output current.

(4) This current generator comes with random output wires; the external copper wire should be selected according to 10A/mm2. (Standard configuration is two 1-meter test leads)

(5) The capacity of this equipment is designed for short-time work of 5 minutes. If used for batch testing, the working time should be less than 2.5 minutes, and wait 10 minutes before the next operation. If doing temperature rise (30 minutes to 24 hours), it should be configured according to long-term working temperature rise.
