◆ The product should be placed in a place without gas vapor, chemical deposition dust, dirt, or other explosive media that seriously affect transformer insulation.
Working Principle:
◆ The instrument must be well grounded.
◆ After connecting the working power supply, turn on the switch, the red indicator light is on, press the start button, the green indicator light is on. Connect the output terminal to the test object, and the current riser is ready for current rise.
◆ Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise, and pay attention to the output current indication on the operation panel to reach the required high current.
◆ During the test, once any abnormal phenomenon is found, cut off the power immediately, find out the cause, and then conduct the test again.
◆ After the test, the voltage regulator must be returned to zero, press the stop button to cut off the power, cut off the working power, and then remove the test wiring to ensure safety.
Precautions:
◆ For newly installed transformers and those not used for a long time, measure the insulation resistance between coils and between coils and ground with a 1500 megohmmeter before operation. Only when the resistance value is not lower than 0.5 megohm can they be used.
◆ During use, the current rise transformer and the operation panel must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
◆ When in use, the current should be raised slowly and evenly, and excessive vibration should be avoided during transportation.
◆ The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the carbon brush should be kept clean, and wiped clean with cotton yarn dipped in 90% alcohol as appropriate.
◆ This equipment should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry, and indoor place.
