At this time, the test voltage characters flash. Follow the prompts on the right side of the LCD screen to set parameters. The line with flashing characters is the current operation line. Press the ↑ key to increase the parameter, and press the ↓ key to decrease the parameter. Adjust the test voltage to the voltage specified by the preventive and handover test regulations. Press the confirm key, then the start frequency characters flash. The start frequency can be set arbitrarily within 30~300Hz, using the same method as above. Press the confirm key, the start voltage characters flash. This item is for factory debugging use; do not touch it unless you are a technician from our factory. Press the confirm key, the protection current characters flash. Normally set it above 30A. Press the confirm key again, and the display shows as follows:
For variable frequency series resonance, the transformation ratio selection is set according to the actual transformation ratio of the transformer. Refer to the factory test report for specific values. Press the confirm key, the operation mode characters flash. Press the ↑ (↓) key to select "Automatic" or "Manual". Press the confirm key to enter the test time setting. The test time setting range is 1 to 60 minutes.
If you want to reset a certain parameter, press the exit key to reset it. In the current time line, if you want to adjust the date or time, first press and hold the voltage adjustment key, then press the confirm key to enter the date and time adjustment. The modification method is the same as above.
After modifying the time, press the confirm key to enter the frequency adjustment interface.
Operation modes of the variable frequency series resonance test device
1. Manual mode: If "Manual" mode is selected, the LCD screen displays as follows:
At this time, the real-time time is displayed in the lower right corner. Press and hold the ↑ key to increase the frequency, and press and hold the ↓ key to decrease the frequency. Frequency adjustment is divided into coarse and fine adjustment. Press and hold the "Frequency" key for coarse adjustment, with a step of 1Hz. When the frequency key is not pressed, it is fine adjustment, with a step of 0.1 Hz. The frequency adjustment range is from the set value to 300 Hz. During frequency adjustment, observe the test voltage. When the test voltage value is maximum, that frequency is the resonant frequency. Then fine-tune by repeatedly increasing and decreasing to the maximum. Press the confirm key to enter the voltage adjustment state.

Manual voltage adjustment is divided into coarse and fine adjustment. Press and hold the "Voltage" key and the ↑ (or ↓) key simultaneously for coarse adjustment. Press the ↑ (or ↓) key alone for fine adjustment. Press the ↑ key to increase the voltage, and press the ↓ key to decrease the voltage, until the voltage reaches the set value, then it enters the test state.
