Precautions

1. During testing, operators should maintain a safe distance (less than 20KV per meter in air). The power frequency withstand voltage test bench and operation box must be reliably grounded, with grounding resistance less than 0.1Ω.

2. Before use, test the insulation resistance of the transformer. The input-to-ground insulation resistance should be greater than 2MΩ, and the output-to-ground insulation resistance should be greater than 10MΩ.

3. Before use, check whether the contacts of electrical components are loose, whether the contact is good, and whether each protection system can work normally.

4. Before use, wipe the insulating support rod, electrodes, electrode rods, water tank, and other parts with alcohol.

5. After testing, drain the water and wipe all parts dry with cotton cloth. If not used for a long time, store in a dry and ventilated place.

6. The working and storage places should be free of gases, vapors, chemical dust, and other explosive and corrosive media that seriously affect insulation.

7. Must be operated by professional personnel and strictly follow the operating procedures.

(Note: The power frequency withstand voltage test bench and operation box must be reliably grounded)
