I. Overview:
The YTM-IV type is a specialized equipment for batch testing of insulating boots (gloves), designed and produced by our company according to the requirements of the "Preventive Test Regulations for Electric Power Safety Tools and Equipment" issued by the State Power Corporation, and in compliance with feedback from our users, with continuous improvements. This product effectively solves the previous non-standard testing, improves work efficiency, ensures work safety, and is the most ideal device for withstand voltage testing of insulating boots (gloves).

II. Usage Method:
1. After unpacking, fix the test device properly and connect the grounding wire.
2. Before testing, fill the test object with steel balls, then adjust the electrode rod through the locking screw so that the electrode is inserted into the insulating boots (gloves) and adjust the screw to contact the steel ball surface.
3. Remote control key "1" is the stop key, "2" is the start key, "3" is the voltage increase key, "4" is the voltage decrease key, "5" is the timing key, and "6" is the spare key.
4. Connect the power supply, press the air switch, the power indicator light will turn on. Press the "2" key, the high voltage indicator light will turn on. If it does not light up, it means the voltage regulator has not returned to zero. Press the "4" key to decrease the voltage, then press the "2" key, then press the "3" key to increase the voltage. When the required voltage is reached, press the "5" key to start timing. When the time is up, the buzzer will sound. Press the "4" key to return the voltage regulator to zero, and press the "1" key to end the test.
5. From the left, the first meter is the high voltage meter (KV), and the following six meters are smart current meters (mA). The corresponding indicator lights above the six meters (mA) are overcurrent indicator lights, one-to-one corresponding.
III. Maintenance:
1. After using the device, drain the water from the water tank.
2. If not used for a long time, keep the inside and outside of the water tank dry, and ensure the electrode rod and insulating rod have no moisture.
3. Before use, measure the insulation resistance of the insulating rod. If necessary, use high voltage to test its withstand voltage value, which should not be lower than 20KV.
