I. Overview
This fully automatic power safety tool testing system is developed and produced in cooperation with universities based on the requirements of the "Preventive Test Regulations for Power Safety Tools" (Trial) issued by the State Power Corporation (Guo Dian Fa [2002] No. 777) and the State Grid Corporation's Safety Work Regulations for Power (Substation Part), and has received financial support from the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund. All indicators of this product meet the requirements of national standards. According to the "Preventive Test Regulations for Power Safety Tools", intelligent insulation withstand voltage tests can be conducted on safety tools such as insulating shoes and insulating gloves. The test cycle for insulating boots and insulating gloves is six months, and breakdown is not allowed during the test. Meanwhile, the leakage current of insulating boots and insulating gloves must not exceed the specified limit. The product is suitable for all power-related industries.

IV. Functional Features
1. The instrument can test 8 insulating boots or insulating gloves simultaneously and measure the leakage current of each test object.
2. The insulating shoe test adopts a dry test method with small steel balls placed inside, getting rid of the traditional method of filling shoes with water for testing, which made it difficult to dry after the test.
3. The measured voltage and current use high-low voltage corresponding real-time comparison to ensure the accuracy of the measured voltage and current values.
4. High and low voltage are separated, and the leakage current is transmitted back to the control box using anti-interference wireless transmission technology, greatly protecting personal safety.
5. Each test object has a disconnection mechanism. When any channel breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, that channel will automatically disconnect from the test without affecting other test objects.
6. The instrument uses a large-screen LCD with Chinese display, providing a large amount of information. One screen simultaneously displays test voltage, 8-channel high-voltage leakage current, perpetual calendar, timing time, and other parameters as well as Chinese prompts.
7. A high-precision stepper motor controls the voltage regulator boosting process, and the withstand voltage test is fully automatic. After the test starts, the instrument automatically closes the switch and boosts at the speed required by national standards, starts timing when reaching the preset voltage, maintains the test voltage, and after timing ends, automatically reduces voltage, cuts off power after reaching zero, prompts the test end, displays the leakage current of each test object, and automatically saves the test results.
8. The insulating boot test has a dedicated metal grounding tray, and the insulating glove test has a dedicated container for easy operation.
9. The transformation ratio of the test transformer is freely settable, compatible with existing transformers of customers.
