Product Introduction
The Insulated Gloves (Boots) Withstand Voltage Test Device is a special equipment developed by Guodian Xigao in accordance with the State Grid Corporation Safety Supervision [2005] No. 83 (Electric Power Safety Work Regulations) for batch testing of insulating boots (gloves), insulating rods, and voltage detectors. It effectively solves the previous non-standard testing methods, simplifies testing procedures, improves testing speed, reduces testing intensity, and ensures the safety of testing personnel. Insulating boots and insulating gloves are essential safety protective equipment for operation and maintenance in power systems. DL408 "Electric Power Safety Work Regulations" and GB12011-2000 "General Technical Conditions for Electric Insulating Shoes" specify the testing methods and cycles for common safety tools such as insulating boots and insulating gloves. The withstand voltage test for insulating boots and insulating gloves has a cycle of six months, during which no breakdown is allowed, and the leakage current of insulating boots must not exceed the specified limit. This device can reliably identify the leakage current, insulation aging, and power frequency withstand voltage parameters of insulating gloves (boots) and insulating rods. It can test six insulating gloves (boots) and multiple insulating rods simultaneously. With the optional voltage detector function testing device, it can test the starting voltage and anti-interference performance of voltage detectors. If relevant auxiliary test fixtures or matching electrode devices are selected, it can also be used for withstand voltage tests of insulating blankets, insulating pads, insulating sleeves, insulating clothing, insulating helmets, insulating ladders, insulating barriers, insulating stools, and other insulating tools.
