Panel Schematic Diagram
Function Description
1. Items 2, 3, and 4 in the technical parameters are each controlled by independent contactors, and the output terminals are binding posts. According to special user requirements, items 2, 3, and 4 can be closed simultaneously without interlocking. Please pay attention to the requirements during use.
It is best to have only one group of power output working at a time.
2. Items 1, 5, and 6 in the technical parameters are not controlled by contactors. As long as the main power switch is closed, single-phase AC220V output (fixed value) and three-phase AC380V output (fixed value) are available.
3. In Figure 2, "24V, 36V, 110V, 220V" are DC fixed outputs. Choose different DC voltages according to the customer's testing requirements.
4. The "Open/Close Control" in Figure 2 is used to replace the open/close switch on the panel of high and low voltage switchgear. For testing convenience, our company integrates this switch into a control console. When linkage control is needed, connect the integrated open/close switch in parallel to the switchgear; if linkage control is not needed, it can be omitted.
Operating Instructions
Taking the verification of a single-phase AC voltmeter as an example:
Connect the input power AC380V
Check and confirm the wiring is correct, then turn on the main power switch
Return the voltage regulator to zero, and press the "Close" button,
Then press the "Close" button for AC operating voltage on the panel
Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to the required value, and observe the voltmeter.
After the test, first press the "Open" button for AC operating voltage on the panel. Then, turn off the main power switch
