2. The VD4 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker is an advanced 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker that meets the requirements of international standards and Chinese national standards. It can be operated frequently within the working current range and can interrupt short-circuit currents multiple times. It is suitable for auto-reclosing operations and has extremely high operational reliability. Under normal working conditions, the circuit breaker can be used within the allowable technical parameters to ensure safe and reliable operation. During use, only a small amount of cleaning, lubrication, and other maintenance work is required.
3. The operating mechanism paired with the VD4 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker is a compact, stable planar spiral spring operating mechanism that can simultaneously operate the three-phase arc-extinguishing chambers. It can be equipped with both manual and motor charging methods and is suitable for auto-reclosing operations.
4. For the draw-out type VD4, the motor-charged spring operating mechanism includes the following standard accessories: auxiliary switches S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5, truck position auxiliary switches S8 and S9, closing and opening releases Y3, Y2, charging motor M0, locking solenoid Y1; anti-pumping relay K0; mechanical spring charge indicator, mechanical close/open pushbuttons, mechanical close/open position indicator, operation counter, secondary circuit aviation plug; truck advancing mechanism, truck earthing device, shutter driving mechanism, circuit breaker pole arm sleeves and tulip contacts.
