Product Introduction
The 10kV high voltage vacuum circuit breaker manufacturer is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage switchgear suitable for rated voltages of 7.2 to 12kV. The circuit breaker complies with national standard GB1984 "High-voltage AC Circuit Breakers" and professional standard JB3855 "3.6～40.5kV Outdoor AC High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers" and related IEC standards. It is commonly used for control and protection of electrical equipment in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations, and is suitable for frequent operation places. The circuit breaker has the ability of multiple breaking and rapid reclosing.
Operating Environment Conditions
a) Ambient temperature not higher than +45°C, not lower than –30°C;
b) Relative humidity of air: daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%;
Saturated vapor pressure: daily average not greater than 2.2×10-3 MPa, monthly average not greater than 1.8×10-3 MPa;
When temperature drops rapidly during high humidity periods, condensation may occur;
c) Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
d) Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees;
e) No fire, explosion, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, or violent vibration places.

Function introduction of this controller
■ Three-stage overcurrent protection
Detects line current and implements three-stage overcurrent protection. Current stage I and II are definite time, can set input/output, current setting, delay time, blocking/reclosing parameters respectively; current stage III can be set as definite time or inverse time, when set as definite time, the delay time of this stage can be set.
■ Reclosing control
The reclosing function can be set by the user, including reclosing times, reclosing interval, reset time, fast times, and inverse time curves.
There are 20 inverse time curves in total, any one can be selected.
■ Zero-sequence protection
Zero-sequence protection is definite time, can set input/output, current setting, delay time, blocking/reclosing parameters.
■ Metering function
This device can meter three-phase voltage, current, frequency, power, electric energy and other parameters, can set metering ratio, and display all data as primary values.
■ Auxiliary functions
This controller has settable power-on delay closing and power-off delay opening functions, which can be set to input/output status and operation delay time by the user.
■ Fault query function
Can query opening times, opening records are kept after power failure, and up to 99 opening records can be stored. When more than 99, the earliest record is automatically replaced. Opening records include opening reason, opening date, opening time. If the record is an overcurrent opening, it also includes overcurrent time, overcurrent status of three phases and zero-sequence current.
