Product Introduction
The 10KV high voltage vacuum circuit breaker manufacturer is a three-phase AC 50Hz, suitable for outdoor high-voltage switchgear with rated voltage of 7.2~12kV. The circuit breaker conforms to the national standard GB1984 "High-voltage AC circuit breakers" and the professional standard JB3855 "3.6~40.5kV outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers" and related IEC standards. It is often used for control and protection of electrical equipment in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations, and is suitable for places with frequent operations. The circuit breaker has the ability of multiple opening and closing and rapid reclosing.
Service Environment Conditions
a) The ambient temperature is not higher than +45℃, not lower than -30℃;
b) Relative humidity of air: daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%;
Saturated vapor pressure: daily average not greater than 2.2×10-3 MPa, monthly average not greater than 1.8×10-3 MPa;
In high humidity periods with sudden temperature drops, condensation may occur;
c) Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
d) Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees;
e) No fire, explosion, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, or violent vibration places.

Function introduction of this controller
■ Three-stage overcurrent protection
Detect line current, realize three-stage overcurrent protection. Current stage I and II are definite time, can set input/output, current setting, delay time, blocking/reclosing and other parameters; current stage III can be set as definite time or inverse time, when set as definite time, the delay time of this stage can be set.
■ Reclosing control
The reclosing function can be set by the user, the number of reclosures, reclosing interval, reset time, fast times, and inverse time curve can be set.
There are 20 inverse time curves in total, can be selected arbitrarily.
■ Zero-sequence protection
Zero-sequence protection is definite time, can set input/output, current setting, delay time, blocking/reclosing and other parameters.
■ Metering function
This device can measure three-phase voltage, current, frequency, power, electric energy and other parameters, can set metering ratio, display all data as primary values.
■ Auxiliary functions
This controller has settable power-on delay closing and power-off delay opening functions, which can be set to input/output state and operation delay time by the user.
■ Fault query function
Can query the number of openings, opening records are kept after power failure, the maximum storage of opening records is 99, after more than 99, the earliest record is automatically replaced. Opening records include opening reason, opening date, opening time, if this record is overcurrent opening, it also includes overcurrent time, overcurrent status of three-phase and zero-sequence current.
