Operating Instructions:
1. Connect the input power supply AC380V
2. Connect the AC operating voltage output power cord to the voltmeter
3. Check and confirm the wiring is correct, then turn on the main power switch
4. Return the voltage regulator to zero, and press the "Close" button,
5. Then press the "Close" button for AC operating voltage on the panel
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to the required value, and observe the voltmeter.
7. After the test, first press the "Open" button for AC operating voltage on the panel, then press the main "Open" button. Then, turn off the main power switch
Test Method:
Shanghai switchgear power-on test bench factory direct sales: first connect the wires on the test bench to the wires on the secondary side of the current transformer of the switchgear, press the close button for the main circuit control, at this time the close indicator light is on, then press the close button for three-phase current control, at this time the close indicator light for three-phase current control is on, and then the three-phase current output from the rear output board is available. If a current of 10A is required, simply adjust the voltage regulator to make the output current 10A.
The operation method for the other two channels is the same.
The fixed output on the rear output board means that the output voltage is a fixed value; as long as the input voltage remains unchanged, the output voltage will not change.
There are three fuses inside the equipment. If after plugging in the main power supply, the voltmeter has no display or an overload occurs, it may be that the fuses are blown. Just replace them with the same specifications. However, replacing with larger fuses is very dangerous and can cause damage to the equipment.
After the test, first rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, then turn off the power switch. After the discharge is complete, you can start disconnecting the wires.
