3、Before using the safety wire, voltage testing and discharge should be performed first. Only after confirming that the electrical equipment is de-energized and grounding wires are hung can the operation be carried out.

4、The personal safety grounding wire is a safety tool to protect construction personnel from electric shock due to induced voltage. It cannot replace the function of the portable short-circuit grounding wire specified in the SD332-89 ministry standard.

5、Before using the safety grounding wire, routine inspection should be carried out. If defects such as clamp cracking, missing parts, poor contact of connecting components, looseness, or damage to the insulating protective layer are found, use is prohibited.
