Usage and Precautions:
(1) Before use, select a qualified voltage detector of appropriate voltage level according to the rated voltage of the equipment to be tested.
(2) Before use, the voltage detector must be self-checked: press the self-test button with a finger, the indicator light should flash intermittently and emit an intermittent alarm sound, indicating that the instrument is normal.
(3) When performing voltage testing above 10kV, it must be carried out in accordance with the "Safety Regulations for Electrical Work". Workers must wear insulating gloves and insulating boots, and maintain a safe distance from live equipment. (4) When testing, the worker should hold the handle part below the guard ring of the device, and according to the provisions of the "Safety Regulations for Electrical Work", first test on a known live facility to verify that the voltage detector is in good working condition before use. Do not use this instrument in rainy or heavy fog conditions.
