Field Dynamic Balancing Measuring Instrument is simple to operate with human-machine dialogue. It offers high precision in test and analysis. With a brand-new design, it provides fast test and analysis with clear graphics. The large-screen color LCD with Chinese display makes it very convenient for on-site dynamic balancing measurement of rotating machinery such as steam turbines, water turbines, agricultural machines, centrifuges, fans, and pumps, as well as for dynamic balancing correction and signal analysis (waveform display and FFT analysis). It can also be used with balancing machines, directly replacing the balancing machine's electrical box for retrofitting old balancing machines. It is a special tool for detecting dynamic balance in factories, mines, and technical departments. Especially in dynamic balance detection of rotating machinery, just press a button to know the total vibration value of the tested machine and the unbalance amount caused by the rotating part, making it clear at a glance whether the product is qualified.
It can perform dynamic balancing on equipment on-site, as well as vibration detection and vibration analysis.

Main Functions
Multi-functional: can be used as a tachometer, vibration measurement, and vibration signal analysis. Especially, it has all the functions of dynamic balancing measurement (instant display of unbalance vibration and phase).
Frequency analysis of machine vibration (FFT max 1024 points)
Automatically uses the trial weight method to measure influence coefficients and calculate single and double plane counterweights, or directly calculates counterweights based on measured original vibration with known influence coefficients. It can calculate while measuring or input data at once. (Option to remove trial weight or not)
Has the ability to calculate the calculated counterweight at selected angles to the left and right.
Has frequency analysis capability to detect vibration components at same frequency, half frequency, and multiple frequency of the rotor
