Product Features


Purpose of the high-altitude low-pressure test chamber: battery low-pressure (high-altitude) simulation test, all tested samples are tested under a negative pressure of 11.6kPa (1.68psi); the final test result requires that the battery must not explode or catch fire. In addition, the battery must not smoke or leak. The battery protection valve must not be damaged. The vacuum pump can be optionally selected from Leybold, Beiyi Youcheng, Fuste, Feiyue, or other brand vacuum pumps.

Detailed Introduction


High-Altitude Low-Pressure Test Chamber Purpose: battery low-pressure (high-altitude) simulation test, all tested samples are tested under a negative pressure of 11.6kPa (1.68psi); the final test result requires that the battery must not explode or catch fire. In addition, the battery must not smoke or leak. The battery protection valve must not be damaged. The vacuum pump can be optionally selected from Leybold, Beiyi Youcheng, Fuste, Feiyue, or other brand vacuum pumps.

A. Material Configuration           

 I. Chamber Dimensions and Structure Internal Dimensions      

    1.1 Internal dimensions approx.: W300×H300×D300mm.    

1.2 External dimensions approx.: W650*H1300*D500mm (subject to actual product)

     (Vertical type, vacuum pump external, optional built-in)

  1.3 Controller located at the top of the machine (optional side).

     1.4 Equipped with a 300*300mm tempered glass window for observing product conditions.

     1.5 A set of window lighting for easy observation. With protective cover, can be selectively turned on and off,

         saving energy consumption.

     1.6 Uses 3-sided W-type stainless steel finned heating tubes for heating, distributed on the left, right,

         and bottom interior 3 sides for radiant heating. Heat radiation is direct, with high utilization.

        (If heating is required, this is optional, additional cost)

     1.7 Interior is divided into 2 layers, with 2 movable grid plates that can be freely pulled in and out, dimensions

        990*980mm. (Please provide the load-bearing capacity per layer from the customer)

  2.1 Internal material: 5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel with low thermal deformation, reinforced with channel steel,

       using argon arc welding for seamless integral welding

     2.2 External material: 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder spraying and high-temperature baking paint finish, computer gray-white color,

        beautiful and elegant, with superior texture.

     2.3 High-density aluminum silicate glass fiber insulation cotton, environmentally friendly, durable, and good thermal insulation. (For heating type only)

     2.4 Sealing: high-temperature food-grade silicone sealing strip, durable, non-toxic, environmentally safe.

     2.5 Control method: touch screen control of vacuum degree and pressure holding time, abnormal alarm, HMI prompts, control of vacuum release. Japanese SMC digital display adjustable vacuum gauge monitors actual vacuum value. When the vacuum degree reaches the set value, the vacuum pump stops working. When pressure rises, the vacuum pump automatically continues working until the set value is reached, then stops, cycling repeatedly to maintain constant vacuum. After the pressure holding time is reached, it automatically releases the vacuum.

     4. One quick-release door lock with adjustable tightness.    

     5. 4 leveling support feet for adjusting the machine's level and 4 movable casters.   II. Technical Parameters

     1. Temperature range: room temperature  

     2. Minimum vacuum degree: 1.0KPa, instrument set to -100.3KPa, vacuum range 0~-101.0KPA.

     3. Pressure display method: relative display. If a vacuum degree of 11.6KPa is required, use standard atmospheric pressure 101.3KPa-11.6KPa=89.7KPa, set the vacuum gauge to -89.7KPa, and calculate other parameters similarly.

4. Vacuum pressure holding leakage rate: 1.0KPa/24H

5. Pressure release method: automatic pressure release after test, controlled by Japanese SMC solenoid valve, with manual pressure release reserved (for opening the door for maintenance in case of solenoid valve failure)

6. Power supply: three-phase AC380V±10% (220V not recommended)

7. Pump approx.: Leybold single-stage pump SV200B vacuum pump parameters refer to the following: (larger models optional)

 

 III. Configuration of High-Altitude Low-Pressure Test Chamber    

     1. Timer: electronic digital display. When the timer reaches the set time, it cuts off the vacuum pump power and maintains the set vacuum degree while the timer for maintaining the vacuum degree starts operating. After the set time is reached, an alarm sounds (limited to manual operation type).

     2. Temperature controller: microcomputer Yudian PID control, internal temperature, set temperature, and heating time can be freely set, microcomputer automatic calculation control, 4-digit LED display, AUTO TURNING PID control, input selectable, ALARM can be used as alarm or TIMER function selection. (For heating type only)

 3. Electrical components: indicator lights, alarm, power switch, lighting switch, Japanese imported SMC vacuum gauge monitoring and Qingrui touch screen control

 IV. Protection Measures    

     1. The control system has motor overload protection and phase sequence protection.    

     2. Buzzer warning, alarm prompt and shutdown for inspection when the pressure holding value falls below the allowable limit,

     3. Vacuum baffle valve is used to prevent vacuum oil from flowing back into the working chamber and contaminating products.

 V. Operation  

Operation sequence: First, turn on the power switch, the machine is powered on and set the required temperature (please operate according to the temperature controller manual) and start heating (if heating is not required, this step is not needed, skip this step); set the vacuum value and pressure holding time. Press the start button to evacuate to the set vacuum value; start pressure holding timing. When the set time is reached, the buzzer alarms, the vacuum pump stops and pressure is released simultaneously.

VI. Precautions

  1. Before starting evacuation, please open the manual check valve on the right side of the machine; before releasing the vacuum, please close the manual check valve on the right side of the machine (optional delivery of Japanese SMC solenoid check valve to prevent oil return, additional cost), to prevent vacuum oil from flowing back into the test chamber and contaminating the product and the inner wall of the chamber;

  2. Vacuum pump maintenance: please frequently pay attention to the amount and cleanliness of vacuum oil, add oil and replace with new oil in time to ensure the pumping force and working life of the pump. For specific maintenance matters, please refer to the pump maintenance manual.
