II. Functional Overview
1. The 6801B model features a single oil cup structure. Controlled by a microcontroller, it can automatically complete a series of operations such as voltage increase, hold, voltage decrease, stirring, static settling, display calculation, and printing. It can perform insulating oil withstand voltage tests within the range of 0-80kV.
2. It adopts a large-screen dot matrix liquid crystal display with an internal backlight system, ensuring clear visibility even at night. The test process is guided by Chinese character menu prompts, facilitating operation for test personnel.
3. This instrument is simple to operate; the operator only needs to input simple commands according to the instructions, and the instrument will automatically complete the insulating oil withstand voltage test according to the settings. Each breakdown voltage value is automatically stored. After the test is completed, the printer is activated to print out each breakdown voltage value and the average value.
4. This instrument is equipped with both automatic and manual test modes. Test parameters can be set before testing, greatly enhancing the practicality of the testing instrument.
5. This instrument has strong adaptability and is easy to carry, suitable for laboratory and outdoor field testing. It also has strong anti-interference capability and can work normally in strong electromagnetic field environments.
