I、Overview
The YK8503 series insulating oil dielectric strength tester is a high-accuracy, digital industrial instrument developed by our company's technical personnel based on the relevant provisions of national standard GB507-1986 and industry standards DL-474·4-92DL/T596-1996, after multiple field tests. To meet the needs of different users, this series of instruments is available in single-cup, three-cup, and multi-cup models. The instrument is easy to operate and has an attractive appearance. Due to the adoption of fully automatic digital microcontroller control, it offers high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference capability, and reliable safety.

1. The instrument adopts a large-capacity microcontroller for control, ensuring stable and reliable operation;
2. A wide-range watchdog circuit is built-in to eliminate system crashes;
3. Multiple operation options are available, with the instrument program featuring two national standard methods, GB507-1986, GB507-2002, as well as custom operations, to accommodate various user preferences;
4. The oil cup is made of special glass through one-time casting, preventing oil leakage and other interference;
5. The unique high-voltage end sampling design allows test values to directly enter the A/D converter, avoiding errors in analog circuits and making measurement results more accurate;
6. The instrument has built-in protections such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and short circuit, along with extremely strong anti-interference capability and good electromagnetic compatibility;
7. Portable structure, easy to move, convenient for both indoor and outdoor use.
