Usage Methods and Precautions for DC High Current Generator:
1. Connect the working circuit according to the electrical schematic diagram. The transformer housing and the operation console must be properly grounded.
2. Connect the power supply, and the green indicator light on the operation console will turn on. Press the start button, the red indicator light will turn on, and the current generator will be ready for current output.
3. Rotate the voltage regulator clockwise evenly, and observe the output current indication on the operation console until the desired high current is reached. To ensure testing accuracy, a standard ammeter can be connected in series at the instrument terminals.
4. During the test, if any abnormality is found, immediately cut off the power supply, investigate the cause, and then proceed with the test.
5. After the test, the voltage regulator must be returned to zero, press the stop button to cut off the power supply, and then disconnect the working power before removing the test wiring to ensure safety.
