GDAG-A SeriesIntelligent Power Safety Tools Testing Device is an intelligent withstand voltage test equipment platform with advanced performance, designed according to the latest national electric power industry standards. The main unit of this platform adopts PLC controller technology, 2.4G ISM networking technology, combined with excellent human-machine interface operation, making it easy and convenient for you to use. The main unit of this platform wirelessly networks with our company's GDMA-2 intelligent high-voltage milliammeter, combined with various auxiliary test structures, to form a comprehensive test device for power safety tools, accurately measuring multiple high-voltage leakage currents. This device can reliably identify the leakage current, insulation aging, and power frequency withstand voltage parameters of insulating gloves (boots) and insulating rods, and can simultaneously test six insulating gloves (boots) and multiple insulating rods; with the voltage detector function testing device, it can test the starting voltage and anti-interference performance of voltage detectors. If optional auxiliary test fixtures or matching electrode devices are selected, it can be used for withstand voltage tests on insulating blankets, insulating mats, insulating sleeves, insulating clothing, insulating helmets, insulating ladders, insulating barriers, insulating stools, and other insulating tools. This is to assess the insulation level of products, discover insulation defects of the test object, and measure the ability to withstand overvoltage.

Comprehensive overvoltage, overcurrent, and flashover protection, with self-setting output voltage, high-voltage current upper limit, low-voltage current upper limit, and timing duration.
Equipped with return-to-zero detection function; the test can only be conducted after automatic return to zero, ensuring safety and reliability.
Has local storage capacity of 8000 records/3 months, provides USB interface for data export to external USB drive, and can generate Excel spreadsheets.
Approaching voltage regulation algorithm, automatically starts withstand voltage timing after reaching the set voltage, and automatically reduces voltage and returns to zero after timing ends.
When the set low-voltage current or flashover protection value is exceeded, the voltage output is automatically cut off, and the voltage is reduced to zero.
When the set high-voltage current is exceeded, the high-voltage disconnection device can disconnect the unqualified test object, while other circuits continue the test (optional).
Software and hardware anti-interference design, with multiple anti-interference methods, suitable for harsh electromagnetic environments.
Automatic error diagnosis, making it easy to detect and solve problems, with simple equipment maintenance and convenient repair.
The leakage current threshold can be shielded and set by the customer, and the panel meter performs communication self-check, ensuring reliability and peace of mind.
