Supply of electric heaters, heating plates, and heating coils
1. Control box requirements: Since the main controller is a high-voltage, high-current device, it should be installed in a control box during use, and then connected to the heating coil, power supply, temperature controller, and other devices through insulated wires. This is to protect the human body from touching live parts and causing electric shock. Since the controller itself generates heat, the control box should be designed to allow air circulation for heat dissipation.
2. Heating coil: Select an appropriate specification of insulated high-temperature wire for winding. It is generally a circular coil. Use a Victory brand BICTOR6243+ inductance meter to measure the inductance. It should be measured on the barrel. The number of turns varies depending on the barrel diameter, and it should be determined in actual use.
