TLHG9001 [1] The TLHG9001 Intelligent Test Bench for Protection Performance of Mining Switch Plug-ins is designed for relay protection plug-ins, vacuum feeder protection plug-ins, vacuum electromagnetic starter protectors, electric drill comprehensive protection plug-ins, and lighting signal comprehensive protection plug-ins used in high-voltage power distribution devices of various models and manufacturers. According to user requirements, the test bench can be customized to add test interfaces for other protection plug-ins, enabling the testing of overload, short circuit, phase loss, leakage, and other protection performance parameters for all plug-ins. It also supports three-phase synchronous testing of electromagnetic starters and feeder switches, vacuum degree testing of switch tubes, and contactor action characteristic testing. Data is automatically collected by a computer, and test reports are printed.

I. Technical Features and Configuration Description 1. Both computer-operated and manual test methods are available, facilitating debugging and testing of plug-ins by staff.
2. The test circuit fully simulates the working state of underground switches.
3. Tests must be conducted item by item according to regulations; otherwise, test reports cannot be automatically generated, ensuring scientific management.
4. Cabinet 1 is a three-phase test power supply (127V, 1140V) control cabinet.
5. The middle operation cabinet is a plug-in debugging cabinet.
6. Cabinet 2 is a combined cabinet for three-phase synchronous testing, vacuum characteristic tester, action characteristic testing, plug-in debugging box (KM-DS type), etc.

3. Testing function for relay protectors used in BGP series vacuum power distribution devices; specific manufacturers and models are provided by the user.
4. Testing of electronic protection plug-ins for ZBZ, ZBX series electric drills and lighting signal protection devices, applicable to all manufacturers and models.
5. Detection of three-phase closing synchronization of vacuum contactors and circuit breakers.
6. Measurement of vacuum degree (withstand voltage value) of vacuum contactor switch tubes.
