Product Features ◆ Basic Composition of the Mining-Specific Multifunctional Console System


The system consists of test power supply, power switch cabinets, signal sensing devices and power measurement equipment, automated test measurement units, control consoles, AC motor test software systems, database systems, and other components. The load equipment for type tests can be selected according to user requirements, including companion motors (such as DC generators, AC generators, wound-rotor motors), eddy current dynamometers, magnetic powder dynamometers, magnetic powder brakes, and other devices, to meet the type test needs of different motors.


◆ Measurement Method: Microcomputer-based Measurement


The measurement cabinet is equipped with current and voltage sensors, and the intermediate stage uses signal conditioning interface modules. The computer completes signal acquisition and measurement tasks.


◆ Control Method: Direct Control Using Automotive-Grade MCU


An automotive-grade microcontroller from Siemens (Germany) is used for interlock control. The interlock program can be customized and modified according to user requirements. The control system has stable performance and good scalability.


◆ Operation Mode: Coexistence of Manual and Automatic Operation


To avoid affecting test work during microcomputer failures, both manual control (panel button operation) and automatic control (computer keyboard/mouse operation) are adopted. If automatic control is inconvenient or the microcomputer fails, tests can be conducted manually.


◆ Test Data Processing: Test Results Saved in Industrial Computer or Server


The mining-specific multifunctional console is equipped with original industrial computers from well-known domestic and international brands. The data from automatic tests is directly saved on the hard drive of the test industrial computer. Manually measured data can be entered into the test software interface and then saved in memory. It provides local database functionality, allowing local query and access of test data. It also features automatic generation of test reports and provides output and printing functions (equipped with a Hewlett-Packard multifunction laser printer).

◆ Applicable Scope


It meets the requirements for rated voltages of 380V, 660V, 1140V, 3300V, 6000V, and 10000V; rated power from 1 to 15000kW, for factory and maintenance tests of three-phase asynchronous motors.


◆ Operating Conditions


◇ The rated working temperature of the central control room is +20°C, with an allowable variation range of 0°C to 45°C, and relative air humidity not exceeding 85%.


◇ The central control room should be away from electromagnetic field interference and mechanical vibration, and avoid corrosion from corrosive gases.


◇ The ambient temperature for the cabinet area and equipment area is -5°C to +45°C, with relative air humidity not exceeding 80% at +40°C and not exceeding 85% at +25°C.


◇ The air must not contain excessive dust, acids, salts, corrosive, or explosive gases.


◇ Installation altitude should not exceed 1000m.
