Application Scope and Daily Maintenance of Partial Discharge Free Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Transformer

The partial discharge free power frequency withstand voltage test transformer is mainly used for power frequency withstand voltage and partial discharge tests and scientific research tests on power products below 6kV voltage level, such as instrument transformers, power transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, cable accessories, etc.

1. This set of equipment should be placed in a dry and clean site. When not in use, it should be protected against rain, snow, water, and dust. For outdoor types, lightning protection should be implemented.

2. For equipment that is not used for a long time, all fasteners should be checked regularly, and the surfaces of insulating bushings and insulating cylinders should be cleaned.

3. During transportation, the equipment should be properly packed and firmly fastened with steel wire ropes. At this time, attention should be paid to the loading of the transformer to prevent internal components from moving, loosening, or deforming due to starting and braking during transportation. The axial direction of the winding elements should be perpendicular to the direction of travel of the transport vehicle.

4. If the equipment malfunctions and the user cannot repair it, the supplier should be notified promptly to arrange for maintenance personnel.
