Precautions for Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester:
1. The grounding terminal of the instrument must be reliably grounded during use.
2. Only when the instrument power is turned off and the test voltage selection switch is set to the "OFF" position, is it considered safe to contact the rear of the instrument and its measurement cables with the test object.
3. During the test, it is strictly prohibited to operate the "test voltage" selection switch.
4. In the normal wiring method, the UH terminal is high voltage; in the reverse wiring method, the IX terminal is high voltage. When in use, it is necessary to keep sufficient distance between the high-voltage cables and the ground according to the actual situation. The special insulated cables provided by our company can be used to measure large-capacity test objects and can be dragged on the ground.
5. Do not replace the fuse tube with one that does not conform to the panel indication value.
6. When in use, use the cables provided by the manufacturer as much as possible to ensure measurement accuracy.
Storage Tips for Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester:
The instrument should be stored indoors under the original packaging conditions, with an ambient humidity of -20°C to 40°C, relative humidity of 30% to 70%, and the air should not contain harmful substances that may cause corrosion. When the instrument is suddenly moved from a cold environment to a hot environment, condensation may occur; wait for it to disappear before use. The instrument should be opened annually to remove dust generated during field operations, especially the dust at the internal standard capacitance.
