● Copper Sheathed Mineral Insulated Heating Cable
Copper sheathed mineral insulated heating cables can meet the needs of high temperature conditions and long pipeline heat tracing.
Copper sheathed heating cable has a maximum withstand temperature of 250°C, and the conductor resistance range is from 480-0.5Ω/km. For applications requiring corrosion protection or burial, a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer sheath (MIHC) is required. MIHC has a maximum withstand temperature of 90°C. Mineral insulated cables have excellent mechanical strength.
● Copper-Nickel Alloy Sheathed Mineral Insulated Heating Cable
Copper-nickel alloy sheathed mineral insulated heating cables can meet the needs of high temperature conditions and long pipeline heat tracing. The maximum withstand temperature of copper-nickel alloy sheathed heating cable can reach 400°C, and the conductor resistance range is from 28000-19.2Ω/km. Mineral insulated cables have excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
