I. Overview:
This product adopts a split structure. The control part uses digital display meters to show input voltage and output current, button control operation, and electric stepless adjustment of current. The current-increasing main unit adopts production processes such as ventilated transformer winding method and forced ventilation with fans, thereby achieving continuous high current and long-term power supply while the equipment remains within a certain safe temperature range. It features accurate current display, reliable operation, simple operation, and safety. It is used as a single-phase continuous long-time AC high current power source. It is an ideal equipment for current-increasing or temperature rise tests in industrial and mining enterprises.
II. Main Technical Parameters:

III. Operating Environment:
1. Operating ambient temperature: -10°C to 60°C, altitude below 1000M
2. The product should be placed in a place without gases or vapors that seriously affect transformer insulation, chemical deposition dust, dirt, or other explosive media.
IV. Test Method:
1. Connect the power supply, turn on the circuit breaker, the input voltage meter shows a voltage indication of about 220V; the output current meter screen lights up, indicating that the power is connected and ready for testing;
2. Ground the loop (handle) to ensure the safety of test personnel;
3. Connect the test object, press start, then the high-voltage indicator light turns on, indicating that high voltage is now connected, and current can be increased. Turn the voltage regulator knob clockwise, then the output current meter starts to display current, which is the actual current.

V. Precautions:
1. During the test, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, immediately cut off the power supply, find out the cause, and then conduct the test again.
2. After the test, the voltage regulator must be returned to zero, press the stop button to cut off the work, cut off the power supply, and then remove the test wiring to ensure safety.
3. This equipment is designed for short-term or long-term work. The working time is determined according to the percentage of the required current to the rated current (capacity). It is especially not allowed to run at more than 200% of the rated current for a long time to prevent overheating. The time is as follows:
4. For newly installed transformers or those not used for a long time, before operation, use a 1500 megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between coils and between coils and ground. Only when the resistance value is not lower than 0.5 megohm can it be used.
5. During use, the current-increasing transformer and the operation console must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
6. When in use, the current should be increased slowly and evenly, and avoid excessive vibration during handling.
7. The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the brush should be kept clean. If necessary, wipe it clean with cotton yarn dipped in 90% alcohol.
8. This equipment should be stored indoors in a clean, ventilated, and dry place.
