I. Product Introduction



ZGF series high-frequency DC high voltage generator is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of China's industry standard ZBF 24003-90 "General Technical Conditions for Portable DC High Voltage Generators". It is a new era technological product - a portable DC high voltage generator, suitable for DC high voltage testing of zinc oxide arresters, magnetic blow arresters, power cables, generators, transformers, switches and other equipment in power departments, factory and mining enterprise power departments, scientific research units, railways, chemical industry, power plants, etc.



The ZGF series high-frequency DC high voltage generator adopts a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, and is the first to apply PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology with closed-loop adjustment. It uses large voltage feedback to greatly improve voltage stability. It uses high-performance high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology, and according to electromagnetic compatibility theory, adopts special shielding, isolation and grounding measures. This makes the DC high voltage generator achieve high quality and portability, and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.

2. Adopts advanced technology and manufacturing processes, first to apply PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology and pulse train logic array modulation, uses high-power IGBT devices, uses high-frequency technology to increase frequency up to 100kHz, resulting in higher output voltage stability and smaller ripple coefficient.



3. Designed for maintenance-free operation, main components are selected from imported advanced technology components from the United States, Germany, Japan and other countries, durable and not afraid of continuous direct short-circuit discharge to ground.



4. High precision and accurate measurement. The voltage and current meters are digital displays, with voltage resolution of 0.1kV and current resolution of 0.1uA. The voltmeter on the control box directly displays the voltage value applied to the load test object, no external voltage divider is needed, and wiring is simple. The instrument has high and low voltage terminals for measuring leakage current. The high voltage terminal uses a circular shielded digital display, which is not afraid of discharge impact, has good anti-interference performance, and is suitable for on-site use.



5. High voltage adjustment stability, smooth voltage regulation across the full range. The output voltage adjustment uses an imported single multi-turn potentiometer, the boosting process is stable, with high adjustment precision, and is designed with coarse and fine adjustment functions. Voltage adjustment accuracy is better than 0.1%, voltage and current measurement error is less than 1.0%, and ripple factor is better than 0.5%.



6. Negative polarity output, zero start, continuously adjustable, with overvoltage, overcurrent, return-to-zero, grounding protection, unique disconnection protection and other various protection functions. The automatic protection circuit has strong functions, complete and reliable protection, making operation safe, and all technical indicators are better than industry standards and similar products.



7. Added high-precision 75% VDC-1mA function, bringing great convenience to zinc oxide arrester measurement. Just press lightly without calculation. The control box of this instrument has a 75% voltage function key. When doing arrester tests, when the current rises to 1000uA, press the 0.75 button. At this time, the values displayed on the voltmeter and ammeter are the 75% data. After completion, immediately return the boosting knob to zero, and also return the fine-tuning voltage knob to zero, and immediately press the green button to cut off high voltage and turn off the power switch. Then proceed with other tests.



8. Convenient overvoltage setting function, using digital thumbwheel switches, can directly display the set voltage value, making operation more casual, and the displayed



value unit is kV.



9. The voltage doubling cylinder has a segmented structure, flexible and convenient for field use, one machine with multiple uses, economical and practical.
