Product description: This product is a high-precision instrument with an integrated structure used for testing the dielectric loss angle and volume resistivity of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. It integrates major components such as an oil cup for dielectric loss, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, and DC high voltage source.
Overview
This product is developed according to the national standard GB-86 "Insulating Oil Dielectric Strength Determination Method". The instrument's LCD display can show the test process and results. The built-in EEPROM memory can store up to 50 sets of test data and results. All human-machine interaction operations are completed by the rotary mouse. The micro printer can print test results at any time. The tester is simple to operate, powerful in function, stable and reliable, with extremely strong anti-interference capability, and no system freezes occur during the test process.
Definition of Terms
1. Stirring time: Stirring time refers to the duration during the test process when the instrument controls the magnetic stirrer in the oil cup to stir the "tested oil sample".
2. Rest time: Rest time refers to the duration during the test process when the instrument output voltage is 0kV and the "tested oil sample" is placed in the oil cup waiting for the next test operation.
3. Initial rest time: Initial rest time refers to the waiting time after the test operator selects to start the test, before the instrument begins to increase the voltage.
4. Voltage rise rate: The rate at which the output voltage increases during the test process.
5. Breakdown test: The breakdown test procedure is that the instrument output voltage rises from 0kV at a rate of 2kV/s until the "tested oil sample" breaks down.
6. Withstand voltage test: During the withstand voltage test, the instrument increases the voltage to the withstand voltage value, stops increasing, and stays for a period of time to check whether breakdown occurs.
7. Average value: The average breakdown voltage obtained after the "tested oil sample" undergoes a preset number of breakdowns during the breakdown test.
8. Withstand voltage time: The duration that the instrument stays at the withstand voltage value during the withstand voltage test.
