Ceramic heating coil
The ceramic heating coil is not made by the ordinary mica winding method, but by the ceramic strip threading method. Therefore, the power of this ceramic heating coil is 0.5~1.5 times higher than ordinary ones. The heating element is made of imported round wire wound into a spring shape and threaded into ceramic strips. The outer cover is made of Japanese stainless steel, and high-temperature insulation cotton (aluminum silicate fiber board) is used in the middle to prevent heat leakage. The ceramic strips are high-frequency ceramics, which have the characteristics of fast heat transfer, hardness, not easy to break, high temperature resistance, not easy to deform, and not easy to age.
