Electric Heating Thermal Oil Heater
Professional manufacturer of mold temperature controller, oil temperature controller, and electric heating thermal oil furnace
Electric heating thermal oil heater directly inserts the electric heater into the organic carrier (thermal oil) for direct heating, and uses a high-temperature oil pump for forced liquid phase circulation to transport the heated thermal oil to the heat-using equipment, and then returns from the oil outlet of the heat-using equipment to the thermal oil furnace for heating, forming a complete circulating heating system.
The electric heating thermal oil heater is generated and transmitted by the electric heating element immersed in the thermal oil. Using thermal oil as the medium, a circulation pump is used to force the thermal oil to perform liquid phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heat-using equipment. After being unloaded by the heat-using equipment, it returns to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using equipment. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object, and meeting the heating process requirements.
