TheTransformer Comprehensive Test Bench produced by our company is mainly used for testing the no-load and load characteristics of power transformers and distribution transformers, and can also perform multiple frequency induction and power frequency withstand voltage tests on the tested transformer.
The measurement part of this device is controlled by a high-end single-chip microcomputer with digital display. The test data such as no-load and short-circuit are synchronously sampled by the single-chip microcomputer, avoiding the errors caused by manual calculation from separate readings of voltage, current, and power meters in traditional test methods.

2、It can meet the DC resistance test, ratio group test, no-load loss test, load loss test, AC withstand voltage test, induced withstand voltage test, etc. for power transformers below 2500KVA.
3、Voltage and current are directly read from digital or pointer meters, and test results of loss, ratio, and DC resistance are printed out.
4、Withstand voltage test has overcurrent audible and visual alarm and timing.
