YMT Series Generator Factory Comprehensive Test System
This system is suitable for factory inspection of single and three-phase synchronous generators with voltage 30-750V, current 0.5-1500A, frequency 45-60Hz. The inspection is based on standards such as GB/T2820-1997, GB/T13032-91, etc. All test items (cold state DC resistance, insulation resistance, inter-turn insulation, no-load characteristics, load characteristics, voltage regulation rate, waveform distortion rate, and power frequency withstand voltage, etc.) can be automatically completed with one wiring connection. Test data is automatically stored, analyzed, and judged, generating various charts for analysis of generator performance. The test software can achieve successful integration with ERP system, and has functions of barcode scanning, nameplate printing (laser, pneumatic, and adhesive). It can also provide control and monitoring functions for various loads and different prime movers according to user requirements.
