I. Technical Standards
1. "TB/T 2557-2006 "Testing requirements for components in railway passenger car electrical comprehensive cabinets"

IV. Quality Requirements
1. The equipment should be able to detect the status of electrical components.
2. Warranty period: Our company's warranty period: 1 year from the date of acceptance and use. During the warranty period, if there are product quality problems, our company will be responsible for free repair or replacement of non-conforming products, and bear all economic losses caused thereby.
5. During the quality guarantee period, if the equipment fails and requires on-site handling, the winning bidder must arrive at the site within 48 hours after the repair request.
V. Other Requirements
1. This test bench is a brand new complete set, conforming to national, industry, and China Railway Corporation (formerly) relevant quality standards, meeting the requirements of the tender documents and the performance requirements of the project.
2. This test bench meets the specifications, technical standards, technical requirements, and configurations listed in the tender documents.
3. This equipment includes necessary wearing parts, backup test software, written materials, electronic technical materials, factory certificate of conformity, instruction manual, packing list, warranty card, and complete packaging box (the certificate of conformity should include the manufacturer's name, product name, specification drawing number, standard code, batch number, inspector, etc.). Packaging shall be in accordance with national and manufacturer standards, with proper protection, and packaging materials do not need to be returned. If damage or other quality problems affecting use are caused by improper packaging or transportation by the manufacturer, unconditional return or exchange shall be made.
4. The acceptance standard for this test bench shall be implemented according to the technical standards and requirements listed in the tender documents, and the current national, industry, and (former) relevant standards and requirements.
5. Our company is responsible for design, manufacturing, transportation (to the location, including loading, unloading, and moving into position), installation and commissioning (including foundation modification and line laying), acceptance and handover, provision of wearing parts, personnel training, application software and database upgrade and expansion, after-sales service, etc., as a turnkey project. The quotation includes the above content, tax included, and issues a special VAT invoice.
Technical Solution for Metro Electrical Component Comprehensive Test Bench
One of the three-phase voltage paths is converted from three-phase AC380V power supply to 0-430V adjustable voltage through a voltage regulator, which is sent to a current booster to become an AC0-100A adjustable current source to provide test power for the tested object; the other three-phase voltage path is converted by a transformer from AC380V to 550V, then rectified to 750V DC voltage to supply test power for the tested DC sensors, leakage current sensors, TH-III DC600V online insulation detection device, DC switches, and direct contactors; additionally, a DC0-150V DC voltage is provided for DC sensors with a test voltage range of (0-150V) as test power; the instrument collects the current and voltage signals of the tested object and compares them with the standard sensors of the test bench. The values of the two sensors are compared and calculated to obtain the linearity: the DC current signal from the DC source is taken through the leakage current sensor to test the action of the TH--III DC600V online insulation detection device.
