Vibration Tester Operating Instructions:
1. Power Switch: Press the "ON" key to turn on, press the "OFF" key to turn off.
2. Measurement Selection: Press the "A" key for acceleration measurement. Press the "V" key for velocity measurement. Press the "M" key for displacement measurement. After power-on, it is in acceleration measurement mode.
3. Reading Indication: The measurement results of acceleration, velocity, and displacement are displayed on a 3.5-digit LCD. Pay attention to the change of measurement units on the display.
4. Low Battery Indication: After prolonged use, the battery voltage will drop. When "B" appears at the lower left of the LCD, replace the battery promptly. The battery is a 9V laminated battery.
Precautions for Vibration Tester:
1. Selection of acceleration, velocity, and displacement modes. Generally, acceleration measurement is used for high-frequency bands, velocity measurement for mid-frequency bands, and displacement measurement for low-frequency bands. You can also choose flexibly based on different workpieces.
2. During use, the sensor should avoid being dropped or knocked, and its connecting wire should not be twisted or pulled from the root.
3. The instrument must be calibrated once a year.
