Precautions for Transformer On-Load Tap Changer Tester:

1. Check whether the test leads are connected correctly.

2. When using the instrument, after connecting the power supply, turn it on and preheat for 3 minutes.

3. In case of malfunction or abnormal startup, press the "Reset" button to terminate the test, and proceed with testing after checking and adjusting.

4. Do not turn off the power or disconnect the power supply line while the instrument is in testing state without resetting.

5. When changing paper, be sure to turn off the instrument power before replacing the paper.

6. When the tap changer does not operate and the instrument starts measuring incorrectly, the handling methods are:

1) Open the transformer neutral grounding switch.

2) Disconnect the high and low voltage terminals of the transformer from the busbar connections.

3) Operate again.

Common Fault Handling for Transformer On-Load Tap Changer Tester:

1. No display after power-on: Check whether AC220V power is connected; replace the fuse.

2. Display is chaotic after power-on: Turn off the instrument and wait for one minute before turning it on again.

3. After confirming the selection, the instrument shows "Please wait" and remains in waiting state: Check whether the test leads are connected properly; check whether the test clips are in good contact.

4. Printer does not print: Check whether the printing paper is installed correctly.
