Pipeline electric heater is composed of multiple tubular electric heating elements, a cylinder, and a deflector. The tubular electric heating element is made by placing high-temperature resistance wire inside a metal tube, and filling the gaps tightly with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has good insulation and thermal conductivity. Using tubular electric heating elements as the heating body, it features advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. The cylinder is equipped with a deflector plate to ensure uniform heating of gas or liquid during flow.
Pipeline Electric Heater is an electric heating device used to heat pipelines or the medium inside them. It consists of a temperature control unit composed of a microcontroller and a temperature sensor, and also has two tile-shaped metal inner shells, each with an electric heating tube fixed on the inner wall. It also has two tile-shaped molded thermal conductive layers made of thermal conductive material for fitting on the pipeline, with the outer wall of the molded thermal conductive layer fitting the inner wall of the two metal inner shells. It also has two tile-shaped molded insulation layers fitting the outer wall of the two metal inner shells, with two tile-shaped outer shells on the outer surface of the two molded insulation layers. It also has a fixing component for clamping the heating assembly onto the pipeline. The present invention has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, easy installation and disassembly, and is widely applicable to various pipeline heating scenarios.
